Dr. James Heffner is an organizational leadership and culture development expert with more than 15 years of experience helping leaders and organizations build stronger, more engaging workplaces. He holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership, with research focused on authentic leadership and psychological safety in remote and hybrid work environments.
As a Co-Founder of CultureSafe Consulting, LLC, James helps leaders create environments where people feel safe speaking up, contributing ideas, learning from mistakes, and performing at their best. His experience spans leadership development, organization development, culture transformation, learning and development, executive coaching, and more.
As an educator, facilitator, and practitioner, James is passionate about translating research and complex leadership concepts into practical strategies you can immediately apply in the workplace. His goal for every learning experience is simple: help you become a more intentional leader and create the kind of culture where people and performance can thrive.
Aaliyah Brodeur

Aaliyah Brodeur is an organization development and learning professional with experience helping organizations strengthen the connection between people, processes, and performance. She holds a Master of Professional Studies in Organization Development and Change with additional backgrounds in I/O psychology, is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and HCI Advanced Senior HR Business Partner, and holds a Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certification.
As a Co-Founder and Principal Consultant of CultureSafe Consulting LLC, Aaliyah helps organizations uncover root causes, improve how work gets done, and build practical solutions that meet them where they are. Her experience spans organizational development, learning and development, process improvement, leadership development, human resources, facilitation, and more.
As an organizational strategist and problem-solver, Aaliyah is passionate about looking beyond surface-level challenges to understand how people, processes, and systems influence organizational performance. Whether looking at the organization as a whole or focusing on one specific challenge, her goal is to strengthen what’s working, address what’s getting in the way, and elevate both people and performance.
